Hi All the emails in our contacts' activity feeds are grouped into threads. As a result, the activity feed displays the same email many many times, making it very difficult to read through all the emails in a contact's activity feed. We need the option of simplifying the display of emails in a feed.
Could not agree more!!! It is very hard to naviagate a customer's history and the email being repeated over and over is a nuisance / doesn't make sense. The activtiy feed for a customer should be simplified and each indivdiual email should be listed on it's own rather than repeated. Currently this issue is a big hindrance for our Support Team.
