Undo email send

We need this option! Unless we send from Gmail, we cannot "unsend" from Hubspot. Using HubSpot to send emails is a better option for me and I need a way to "unsend" from the platform.

Hi all! 'undo send' is now in development for emails sent from Conversations Inbox or Help Desk. The email editor on an object page is a different bit of code, and we hope to get to that some time after learning from/shipping what we are doing in Inbox and Help Desk.

It's surprising that this feature hasn’t been introduced yet, especially after several years.

The addition of an undo option with a short delay, perhaps a 5-second countdown, after clicking respond?

Thanks for the update @EricHirsh. My company now uses Help Desk and my users would love this feature.
