Right now Unassigned Chat notifications go to EVERY Hubspot user in our account - be it a developer, stakeholder, etc.
The only way to change this is for each user to individually switch off notifications.
Doesn't seem very intuitive. Shouldn't we be able able to decide who 'unassigned' chat notification go to?
I propose a setting where we can choose which User/Users unassigned chat notifications go to.
