Unable to create reports on a single form submissions broken down by page of conversion
Just wanted to highlight that I think that the reporting for form submissons in relation to conversion pages are a bit sub-par in some areas. When setting a form strategy where you reusing a single form on multiple landing and website pages you're unable to create a custom report in HubSpot to visualize which page the form was submitted on.
For example, we have a webinar and gated content form that's reused on multiple landing pages, where we can in our workflows adjust follow-ups, create list, etc. based on the conversion page. But if I'd like to create a report on which pages my webinar form was submitted on during the month of May (or any other month) it's just not possible.
I know you can get that data if you go to forms -> analyze and also on each individual forms HubSpot page, but the whole point of reporting in dashboard's is to get an overview of what's going on, which isn't an option today.
Would definitely like to see some new features as for how we can combine our data in the custom report builder (just like we can combine our data in workflows and lists)!

I've been messaging support about this off-and-on for months with no progress - they seemed determined to make it difficult to get useful information out of forms
We would really like to know where our form submissions are coming from. We have some that sign up via social media posts/ads, some via organic search and others manually added by sales at the request of the contact. It's incredibly frustrating to not be able to run reporting on those sources!
