Hi Guys,
I have been using HubSpot for a while now, I have previously used paid for versions but my current business uses the free version linked to other in-house systems.
Why on aspects such as "Meetings Comment" are the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons attached to each other and easily accidently clicked?
I would understand if the delete button had a check request "Do you want to delete" or an "Undo" button but the system does not. I checked with support and there is no way of retrieving the data I lost due to a slip of a mouse button while on a call with a client.
