URLs from HubSpot emails should activate tracking in the destination page

If a user clicks a URL from a HubSpot email and it opens in a browser that has not stored the HubSpot tracking cookies for that user, the tracking is lost. This could happen if the user opened the email from a different device, in a different browser, etc. It seems odd that we can't even include the ID or email in a URL so that we could at least call identify() on the destination page as a workaround. This creates a big hole in tracking contact behavior.
