Typeform Integration should allow adding new (hidden) options to Hubspot properties

I am building a registration form on Typeform and one of the questions asks for what kind of enduser the registrant is building products for. I would love to have the "Other" option which allows the registrant to fill in a custom answer to reflect that answer on Hubspot. It would be nice to be able to create property options based on user submissions and have the option to keep them hidden initially. If I'm getting a lot of answers in, say, "Consumer IoT", I could simply unhide that option and make it a part of the form.

I looked into Zapier but it also lacks the ability to do this. Do you guys think there's a workaround?
