Two-way Sync Quickbooks- HubSpot

It would be a great addition to our HubSpot- Quickbooks Integration if we could have a two-way sync rather than an one-way sync.

Currently, customer details need to be filled on QuickBook's end to trigger a sync to HubSpot. Creating an invoice from HubSpot will not add details to a customer record in QBO as it is a one-way sync. Only the contact name and email will be filled by default.

It would be useful for the data from HubSpot to sync to QuickBooks in a similar fashion.

Agreed. I would like to send phone numbers of HubSpot contacts to quickbooks

The ability to sync from Hub to QB would be beneficial as it would allow me to overcome the need for 3rd party apps, when using a Hubspot tier level below Pro. 

Example: I have a contact form on Wix that I want to generate new users in QB and Hub. In order to do this I have to go from $50 Starter to $450 Pro. (big jump for a small biz) Zapier has QB as  premium app and that also doesn't make sense to upgrade that cost for a single trigger need.

I continue to look for 3rd party solutions that are fiscally conservative, but Hub is excellent at increasing it's native capability. Here's one. 🙂

In most cases, Contacts exists in HubSpot before they exists in Quickbooks since this is a lead gen and sales solutions. In the customer journey, they interact with HubSpot first.

If could set up something like Lifecycle stage is customer and billing contact is true then create contact in Quickbooks, that would be awesome.

I'd love to see Customers added as a sync object that has 2-way sync, too. Similar to what is mentioned above, this is lead gen & sales solution. If my lead in Hubspot becomes a customer, I don't want to have to go back to QBO and manually create the customer. I'd love for Hubspot to add the Customer/Company item so that everything moves back and forth. My QBO would always be accurate since we'd be using Hubspot as our main source of information.

 

Adding the Customer/Company item would also allow us to sync our invoices directly to the associated company within Hubspot, instead of the company's associated contacts. Having to manually associate invoices to a company is well-beyond reasonably time consuming. Our service team would largely benefit from having the invoices associated to the company, as opposed to the contact. Especially given that company contacts often change, we'd always be moving invoice associations from one contact to another as someone joins or leaves a company. 

 

I'm very surprised this wasn't an original part of the integration build. Please make this a feature ASAP!
