Turn off email transcript sent to visitor for chat

The ability to turn off the chat transcript that is sent via email after having a conversation would be nice.

Yes, please enable us to turn off the transcript.

It is not necessary to receive that in email and it's annoying to the recipient.

I am not using this feature at all because of this.

I'm very pleased to announce this is now available on an Inbox basis. There is a new settings tab in Chat for Options. Chat transcript emails can be disabled there.
