we have contacts for vendors and manufacturers that need to be accessed by every user. if the users only have access to their own and teams, then they can't see the contact when it is being auto assigned to the person who had the last activity and is not on their team. There should be an option to turn off the auto assignment from an email level, but still be able to track the email in HubSpot to that contact.
