Trigger customer surveys through list membership criteria

mattgeller

Currently, it is only possible to base customer loyalty and experience surveys off of default Contact, Company, Deal and Ticket properties.

It is not possible at this point in time to trigger surveys through list membership criteria.

This will make this tool 10x more powerful.

Hello! My name is Hallie, and I'm a Program Manager on our CXM team. I am marking this as 'Delivered' because you can trigger customer lotalty surveys, customer satisfactiton surveys, and custom surveys with static list membership criteria, as noted in the KB's linked earlier.

If you are interested in using active lists in surveys, there is an idea for this here that you can upvote and leave feedback on in the meantime. 😊

Thanks for the idea, Matt! We're working on supporting this. I'll let you know as soon as we have something beta-ready 🙂

Thanks for submitting - exactly what I just asked support about also. Really need this!

I would really like this feature to be implemented, has this been progressed any further?

We need this as well. Re-enrollment of users for a survey campaign is such a broken and frustrating functionality right now. We need a way to easily re-enroll users to a survey. List membership would be a solution, it's even mentioned in the help text for re-enrollment yet does not work.
