Transfer Calls!!!

You should be able to tranfer 1 call over to another Hubspot user in network!!!!!!!!

My company recently adopted HubSpot Calling and successfully ported our numbers through a private beta. Currently, we can only hold and transfer inbound calls, but we’re eager for the ability to transfer calls that we initiate—for example, live transfers between lead generation and sales reps.

We’ve been told that this functionality is expected to enter private beta by the end of Q2 in 2025, and we’re SUPER looking forward to its release!

I've just come across this limitation. I felt embarassed to unmute the call to say I had to get someone to call them back.

Any updates to share? We can't expand calls acorss our organisation unless our reception team can transfer to sales team as needs to work alongside our IVR.

In speaking with a HS agent today it appears this feature is now active, but only for INBOUND calls only. We really need this feature active for OUTBOUND calls as well. 🙂

I appreciate the ability to transfer calls, but currently, it only works within the same call channel. In our case, when a customer calls, the call is routed exclusively to our dispatchers. From there, the dispatcher should be able to transfer the call to the appropriate team member—any HubSpot user in our account.

However, I don’t want every employee in the company to receive every incoming call just so the dispatcher can pick it up and transfer it. That would create unnecessary noise and confusion. We need a way for dispatchers to handle and redirect calls without involving the entire organization.
