Traffic light system field

As a Customer Success Manager, it would be a great visual to have colour blocks for a traffic light system, as a way to quickly indicate account health. There are usually non-quantitative factors that affects an accounts standing, so this should be a manually manipulated field. 

I did a basic version where I spelled out the colours but would be more impactful if the fields could be HEX blocks.
