I use pop-up form to download gated contents. So, when users click to a pop-up form, they go to a landing page, submit a form and receive the content (pop-up forms appears randomly in blog posts). Tracking the user flow, I can see just the blog post visit and then the landing page visit: I can't see wich pop-up form is the touch point.
Tracking pop-up form click would be an indispensable feature! Think about it!
