Total Count of Contacts Per "Issue" In Workflows

Problem:

There is currently no way to view the total count of contacts per "Issue" that occurs in a workflow.

Context:

We use workflows to send marketing emails to our contact lists.

On a recent campaign, there were about 1400 contacts enrolled and only about 550 were sent the email.

It is currently not possible to quickly analyze which issue is causing the bulk of contacts to not receive the email.

Request:

Can HubSpot please add the total count of contacts per 'Issue' in workflows?

I've attached a photo below showing an example of how it could look.

This would be so helpful! It isn't just in this context either. I have had workflows fail steps for copying information, etc as well and there is not an easy way to see how many contacts failed.

This would be great! A quick look at the different types of issues in your database is sorely needed without having to put the figures together yourself.

@RBozeman Yes. And it is also not simple to "put the figures together yourself". In order to do this currently, you would need to click the "load more" button, which only displays 5 contacts at a time, making it difficult to get an accurate total manually. Additionally, there's no option to export issues data, preventing us from analyzing it externally in a spreadsheet. A more streamlined method for quantifying contacts per issue would greatly improve workflow efficiency.

@theDMM Oof, yea that process does sound way too cumbersome for just trying to get some basic insights into data quality. I know Ops Hub has a data health page.

@RBozeman @BérangèreL @Elibee  Do any of you have insight as to where this falls in HubSpot's product team queue? I've been a part of many HubSpot community threads up to this point that are critically needed features, but none seem to have come to fruition making my overall long-term experience with HubSpot a bit disappointing.
