I love the concept behind the new topic clusters and think it's absoultely the future of SEO, with the advancement in voice search the days of people just using one keyword are all but gone, so clustering is a great way to create content moving forward.
It would be great if the view could be changed from the one display which is like widget boxes and have a list layout and also to be able to search for terms within clusters to ensure there is minimal overlap.
When your core topic has several sub-topics it's much more likely to happen.
