Tool to Mass Delete Properties that are Confirmed Unused in Deals, Reports, Workflows, Instances

Trying to cleanup properites that go unsused in our system. There is no easy way to identy in bulk unused properties that are also not included in existing reporting filters (because if an unused property is used in a report configuration the report then breaks if the property is deleted).
