Toggle On/Off Notifications Related To Disconnected Email Inbox(es)

I'm very aware that I have email accounts that are disconnected from the tool. My primary email (in outlook) is connected. However, I keep getting notified both in hubspot and via email that I have other disconnected email inboxes. This is referring to secondary gmail emails that are purposely disconnected.

Please add in the notification center the option to toggle on/off this type of notification.

It would also be useful if we are able to customize and set users' default notification preferences from an administrator view when we are inviting them to the portal. In our experience, users do not take the time to manage their own preferences in the notification center, so an administrative option would greatly help!
