We have just started to use this platform as a method of getting new leads. This platform is an important part of paid advertising, but unfortunately today we are not able to analyse this data in our CRM.
Yes, please! TikTok ads are a must at this point! With more and more budget going into TikTok Ads, we absolutely need to bring those campaigns into HubSpot.
HubSpot. Where are we at with this? You're going to lose many customers if you don't start taking every social channel seriously. No one should have to pay for an enterprise plan to capture data and publish posts. Especially when we can easily use a competitor at a cheaper annual rate and third-party software for centralized data management. This is a bit ridiculous, especially in 2023.
TikTok is such a lit platform to get new leads and increase subscribers and likes. But it's whack that you can't analyze the data in your CRM. Have you tried using any third-party apps to integrate your TikTok data with your CRM? I've heard that some of them can be pretty dope and easy to use "I am AT". You should def check them out. Also, have you considered collaborating with any TikTok influencers to boost your brand's visibility? Influencers can be hella influential in getting your brand out there and reaching a wider audience.
Yes please HubSpot, we need Tiktok and Instagram integration. You mention all the social platforms in your blog https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/new-social-media but only a few are integrated into HubSpot.
We've started using it and need to rely on an external tool to schedule content. Would be AMAZING if HubSpot could include this platform in the social tool.
TikTok, Pinterest & the new Threads app would be super helpful to our business! 🙂 Not just the ads for campaign integration but we really would love to see analytics too. Though there are no ads/sponsored posts on Threads, our threads app has blossomed quickly thanks to the in app link with Instagram. Would love to include these apps in our analytics for social media reporting.
