Tiered pricing structure based on a product quantity

We are new to hubspot and we are setting up the system and we need to be able to setup tiered pricing on products based on the quantity ordered.  This is FUNDAMENTAL to our sales process and what EVERY system I have worked in has allowed for.  I have been involved in system development in my career in the past and this feature would be easy to add and make your product MUCH MORE robust.  If I can't do this then hubspot is not working to streamline and improve my business, our quoting process would still have to be done manually.   I am willing to work with your team on how to set it up and do the testing and debugging with you if you can take this project on and make it happen for us.  We are in the intial 90 day trial period and can't move forward without it.

I would love an update on this too.  Is it in any roadmap plans?

Following this post - this is critical in our business model as well.  We sell hard goods along with subscriptions.  Volume pricing or pricing tiers is necessary for us.

New HubSpot user here and this is a function we would find very useful, we have a number of different price lists in our business and they have price breaks in them too so the ability to create multiple price lists with the individual prices in them would be very useful and then when creating a quote you'd just choose the appropriate price list from a drop down menu and it would configure the pricing accordingly, if it could also recognise if a quantity meets a certain trigger point and then reduces the price accordingly and I'd be in dreamland!

@PHadfield Yes!! A trigger to a new price list based on quantity would be a god send for us too!!

This seems a little crazy that this is not a feature after reading 4 years of comments asking for it. We sell custom items and the price breaks and pricing varies greatly. Are there any new updates on this since August of 2022?

Updates on this? This is critical for us- and many others by the sounds of it.

I am trying to solve the same problem but with slight modification.
I want to do this with service contracts that we offer to our customers.
I have created a Products Property called "Service Contract Tier" (We have Three Tiers) with drop down selects and i would have liked to change the price of a product or service based on the Service Tier that person has taken from us.
Eg. If Someone has subscribed to a highest tier of Service package(Tier 3) then i would have liked to give a discount of 90% on a product and so on for other tiers.

I have tried to do this with workflows but they don't seem have options to do this.

Would be a godsend!!!

Trying to implement pricing absed on simple company properties, no way to link the two, even considering creating as company properties so at least the pricing matrix is available automatically in the system. just need some way to sync the property across then to a deal and bingo,we're away!!!

C'mon @hubspot at leasst provide feedback and a timeline????!

I work for a B2B company that sells Software as a Service. We have two price models - an outdated one we are moving away from, and a new one. The old one is your good old 3-plan subscription setup where each plan has its own price per user. The new one is the same, but also has different prices for the "main user" (the first user) and all other users. The main user costs a little more than the rest of the users.

To make this work out of the box, we really need more flexibility than the Product section provides today - flat pricing only works for businesses that sell items with fixed prices, perhaps with a discount. In my experience, most SaaS businesses will not be able to use your Products section effectively because of the lack of dynamic pricing.

Big +1 for this feature request, we need it ASAP!

Happy to share the news that hapily have developed a solution called Quote Hapily that extends the functionality natively in HubSpot quoting through a rules based engine. The latest release has also introduced price books. Have a look here: https://hapily.com - we can help you configure it, message me if you'd like to know more. It's a game changer.
