Tie the email address to the HubSpot team or Pipeline
When you create a new ticket, the available email addresses are sorted alphabetically, and the first is the default one. It happens even if the Pipeline and the person answering don't usually work with this email address. It'd be helpful to have the ability to default the email address used for all new emails to the Pipeline or the agent's team.
