Tickets open via email and remove email signature of the sender
Hello,
When someone opens a ticket via email, the autoreply from HubSpot to notify them the ticket has been open, includes their original email signature, part of the body of the ticket. The signature is presented in tx form and it looks messy.
Is it possible to remove the signature of the sender when the email is send back and provide only the information that the template is designed to provide?
