Tickets looses valuable customer input by only showing form properties of ticket type
We are surprised seeing that our Hubot forms transforms fully in conversion inbox showing all the field content the contact added to the far. So far so good.
however in the ticketing system the following happens:
a) Only form properties of type ticket is displayed in the ticket system.
b) The property labels displays in English even though locslized in form.
c) Dropdown value shows with the code/id behind the given value instead of the more user-friendly localized description.
All these three things works perfekt in conversion inbox but not in ticketing system. This actually forces us to Rather use the conversion inbox than the tidketing module so the tidketing part kind of looses its userullness.
Please fix this so it gets more user friendly and usable.
