Tickets created per time of the day

I would like to create a report for a number of tickets created per hour of the day. This will help us to understand where we need more staff to cover the busiest times.

In the data set I selected the following properties. 

The "Hour of the day - ticket creation" is a Formula field with the following formula: DATEPART('HOUR',[Ticket Create date])

The information about the exact time when a ticket is stored in the ticket create date (HubSpot property). 

With adding the formula field to the data set, HubSpot extracts the hour and makes it available in your reports that are using the data set.
