Ticket overview showing single ticket "Open for ..." should be "Latest connection.."

In the ticket overview, the time of "Open for .." is displayed for an individual ticket.

 

Currently, it shows the time from the first message in that thread. In order to facilitate a number of complex customer service situations in order to obtain a quick overview of customer service management, it would be easier if that information could be changed (or decided to be shown) to show the time of the most recent message instead of the current first message.

 

For example, the data & message could be "latest message received .." or "latest interaction ...."
