Ticket autoresponder for secondary email addresses

Hi team!

For contacts with multiple emails (primary and secondary):
- When contact uses secondary email and send it to HubSpot inbox
- Ticket and auto reply is created but get sent to their primary email instead

This seems bit odd for customer since they would expect the reply to go to that original email (secondary email)

Would love to see a change in logic here moving forward, thank you!
