Ticket View Filter with "Or" Option

In a ticket view, you can add multiple filters using "And" so all of filter condidtions have to be met for a ticket to be displayed. However, we have situations where having an "Or" option would be extremely useful (so any of conditions would allow a ticket to be displayed).

This just came up for us again today. We have people that like using the "tile" view for tickets which displays the different stages. However, they would like to be able to restrict it to show fewer closed tickets, while still being able to display all the open tickets.

We would like to see "Ticket owner is Me" OR "Ticket owner is Unknown"
