Ticket Verification for AI Reference

It would be great if you could teach AI with ticket content. If you could toggle on or off for a ticket, something like 'Would you like the AI chatbot to use this type of response in the future?' clicking yes would then store in the AI memory how better to respond to that type of inquiry without the ticket needing to reach a live agent.

Thanks for Adding this for me Bonnie. Yes, hubspot currently doesn't have a function to teach the AI agent what the appropriate response would be in certain contexts through the customer chatbot feature. I often find that despite the knowledge base being up to date, the responses are either wrong or skipped to 'transfer to live agent', which we want to minimise. This tool would be pivotal for efficiency and reliability! I hope the product developers can implement this quickly!
