Ticket Update Visibility

It would be great if there was an option for active tickets in the dashboard to get some sort of visible update when someone has either left a note or an email response has been done in the ticket and has not been viewed by the ticket holder, for example the ticket is highlighted Red to indicate an update has been processed and yet to be viewed, as we spend alot of time in our ticket dashboard having this would be much easier from a visual perspective and gives us a quick indiciation if a ticket has had action as appose to having to filter through the notifications and or cliking into the physical ticket to check.
