Ticket Status Link for Customers

It would be great for our clients (contacts) to see the status, name, description and activity of all the tickets that have been created for them. Maybe generating a link for each ticket and sending it to our clients (contacts) within the ticket creation automated email.

I believe this is a geat idea and it would help HubSpot to be the main choice over other ticket system solutions. It would be great for our customers' clients to have this transparency and it would be a very attractive functionality and addition to our service product.
