Ticket SLA alerts

The alerts that are shown in the inbox for SLA time due soon/overdue should also be displayed in the ticket pipeline, so that all users have the ability to quickly ascertain where to prioritise their time (when operating in a ticket queue).

Yes please. The alerts are currently useless for us, as we are working with the ticket queues for requests.

I have all alerts turned off because they are not helpful and just confuse what's actually happening within the ticket.
