Ticket Property - "Open" not currently an available property - But it should be !

Currently the calculated - Ticket Property - "Open" the amount of time a ticket is Open is not currently an available property - But it should be !
This is already calculated and included on the Ticket Record so it should be quite easy to actually have it created as a property that can be dsplayed in the Ticket Summary view. The benefit is the ability to sort on tickets that have been open for more than an accepotible time. At the moment there is no way to display this and therefore no way of highlighting problem or tickets that aren't bgeing resolved in a timely manner. This should be a no brainer.
