We would like custom ticket properties to be unique to the ticket pipelines. This would ideally be functional in 2 areas - The ticket creation form and the ticket.
On the form, I can see that this can be done through conditional formatting - when the pipeline is selected to show custom properties unique to the pipeline, which is a good workaround, however...
I cannot see how to format ticket records to only show custom properties unique to the pipeline.
I have reviewed previous ideas where it was suggested this might be going into Beta but I cannot find more info on this.
