On form submission, Hubspot allows configuration of a message to display to the user who submitted the form. And as in other areas, the person configuring this message can add properties. HOWEVER, for some reason ticket properties are not available (only Company, Contact, Office Location, and Subscription Type properties are available.)
PLEASE consider adding ticket properties to this function.
