Ticket Portal

The messaging needs to be hooked up to the ticket that is referenced in the UI. What is the point of being able to, as a customer, add a message or attachment if it does not attach itself to the ticket being worked?

How can you release it like this without an option to turn off the messaging / attachment function??

If you are looking for a ticket portal, try the CliPlace client portal. It is a simple tool to provide the customer with tickets. The client can open, manage, comment tickets, etc. Easy integration with all HubSpot plans.
The basic features of the Cliplace portal are free.
