Ticket Open Time: Option to do Business Days or Calendar Days


Currently, Tickets display Open time in Calendar Days.  However, we'd prefer to show them in Business Days as an option.

Yes! globally, we need to be able to define opening hours (8 am - 6 pm) for example and be able to get metrics such as time to first reply taking into account support opening hours.

Actually, I need to export a report and rework if on an excel sheet.
