Ticket Creation - Associating Company

When creating support tickets, the first question we ask is "who is the ticket for".  If I hit the "create ticket" button, the company and contaact to be associated are the last fields in the process, when for us at least, they should be the first.  There is currently no way to change the order that things appear it.  It would be nice if they could be at the top
