Ticket Close Date Functionality

I would like to see a few adjustments to the Service ticket functionality:


-The ability to manually override a ticket close date

-The ability to "exclude" weekends and holidays (non-working days) from the elapsed time to resolve a ticket reporting


These would help to make our Service team's reporting more accurate.

We would also like this functionality.


We have a need for all our historical service tickets (600+) to be import into HubSpot to help the service team maintain customer continuity.


We would like the admin to have the ability to update the create and close date to ensure our reporting is more accurate.

Hello, being able to set up a closing date on a ticket would help us priorizing and organizing our pipelines :-)
