It would be great to be notified by "Activity on TICKET you own or follow". There is a similiar notification (see capture), but is not segmented by object (contact, company, deal, ticket...) and we receive a lot of notifications by contacts' activities that are not related to the ticket we own or follow.
This certainly would be useful is the customer mails the ticket several times. The ticket may not change state, but it's important for the ticket owner to get the customer's emails.
