I'm seriously disappointed to see a message from a Project Manager that boils down to "Keep complaining and maybe we'll start to consider adding this feature we recognize you need around the end of the year." This has been a request for nearly two years and we're being told it's not on the roadmap for the next couple of quarters? Shows that the social media side of Hubspot is not a priority. Especially when you consider how long it took to get the ability to post more than one photo to Instagram. That was requested for years too. If it weren't for the fact Hubspot is so deeply integrated into our sales & marketing workflow I'd strongly suggest my company find a different solution. So many other options had this feature added within weeks of the API being available.
