Our service team would like the ability to automatically thread a survey to a conversation that we close out that is associated with a ticket. Right now our CSAT survey's are sent via a separate email / sharing a survey manually. We are in the assumption if we thread it to the existing conversation thread, response rates from our clients would increase.
