The option to turn off "create new contact" when BCC email does not match existing contact
We would like to turn OFF the option to create a new contact when a BCC email does not match an existing contact.
Gmail has the option to BCC every email sent from our salespeople under the "complance" setting.
This would have the effect of:
1. Logging every customer email. Period.
2. Not logging non-customer email.
The current tools do not work.
1. Asking the salespeople to check/uncheck the 'log' box in Gmail is a manual process. Ineffective.
2. The current tools do not work if a salesperson communicates via their phone or desktop client. Asking them to manually bcc every single email conversation ineffective.
