I am aware that currently 'threads' can be created through the use of Hubspot Sequences. However, this can be a very manual process!
I was wondering if there would be a method/way to create this in the automated marketing email feature. After speaking to Hubspot I was aware that this is 'currently' not possible, but it would be a great feature to implement.
Fully agree - I'd love it if this functionality was available - we get a ton of traction from short follow-up messages in our email sequences (stuff like - "any thoughts on my last message"), but also benefit from the A/B testing functionality of the marketing emails - would be nice to have a bit more overlap in functionality between the two.
Hi Hubspot team, We have an option for sequence email only for sales can we have a similar like this to marketing email also. It will help in sending thread emails which makes the email receiver more relevant.
Hi Hubspot team, I also agree with the idea, but my intention is to use this feature in the service hub for tickets,So that conversation based on ticket status transition can be included in the same email thread.
I agree as well - this would be great for short follow ups, such as if someone opening an email, to then have a short follow up threaded email sent the next day, so it's easy for the recipient to remember what the email was that prompted the follow up.
The original idea was posted in 2020 so it would be great to get an update from HubSpot!
+1. It would be helpful to thread marketing emails or specifically automation emails. For our case, we send quotes and follow-up reminders for individuals to select their products. Because of our dynamic pricing, we send information in the first email we'd like to reference later but do not want to resend that same information, annoying our customers. However, they will need to reference that information, so threading would be helpful to bubble that to the top of their inbox, while trying to annoy them less by not resending the same information. Thank you.
Hubspot - Please implement this feature! This would be great for us to have a little "just want to get this to the top of you inbox, hope all is well". folow up for customers we know are engaged but didn't read the email. Also, it's commonly available competitively:). Just saying.
I love using workflows to send out emails but it would be great if we could keep all emails sent to one contact in the same thread when using the same subject heading.
Sadly I just found out about this now and thus might have to cancel with Hubspot due to this issue. The inability to follow up really causes a problem in our method... 😞
Same issue for us as well. Sending a short followup email is currently not possible. This causes us to send almost the same content again which can cause our emails to be flagged as spam 😐
we just ran into this issue, we are now trying to do some convoluted workaround to use sequences which is cumbersome
