I'm pleased to announce that chat language is now available to be explicitly set by you for each targeted message, so you can appropriately match the language on the pages you have set chat to be available on: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/conversations/change-your-language-for-the-conversations-tool

We have the same issue, we offer chat in English on the English website. But on a German browser visiting the English site the default text from HubSpot is shown in German but the chat message is in English. This is very confusing and we would like to have an option to change this.

Our corporate site is in spanish and we desperately need this adjustment.

@hroberts Thank you for the update, it seems to work for us on the German browsers with English chat, now we only see english messages.
