The ability to publish a banner in HubSpot to communicate to all users

Currently, there is no feature in HubSpot that allows me to communicate/show information to all users within the portal. 

For example, if HubSpot has an Issue, the team puts a banner at the top of the screen letting us know there is an issue. 

We'd like to be able to do the same, this would be a quick and effective way of communicating key information.

This would be excellent, especially for accounts with many users. Custom UI extensions work great on individual record cards, but many of my users are not clicking into individual records, but rather index pages/other areas in Hubspot outside of individual record pages.
