The ability to not send a survey on particular tickets (CES)

Hi, 
Our support team utilizes hubspot to respond to our clients to assist with issues and questions they have. Some emails the team receives arent always needing support/spam. We are trying to utilize the CES surveys to understand how well our support is so we can drive changes in the future. It would be nice to be able to edit the CES survey to restrict sending a survey after a ticket is closed when it has a specifical property value set, i.e. "no_survey" or something along those lines so we can skip surveying individuals we dont want to.
