The ability to move playbooks around on the screen
I would love to be able to move playbooks around on the screen like I can an email or call. They cover up information I need to be able to see quickly.
We would like to suggest that the playbook feature be integrated (or have option to be integrated) with the dialing window. Instead of having two separate windows in the calling/dialing window (what our team uses to leave notes) and the playbook window. Having two separate windows currently along with the playbook window being immovable make the Playbook feature very inconvenient to the point where our entire sales team no longer will use it.
We’d prefer the that Playbook feature integrate with the call/dial box, but at the very least (if a quicker fix) the ability to move the playbook around.
