One of the biggest data quality plagues that lives in CRM are flooded imports, and often unless you were the one to do the import, the reasoning behind it gets lost - you can only convey so much in the name.
The ability to add a description to an import would be a major value-add for data cleanliness, especially for the continuity of context and knowledge between team members.
