In the Calls section of a contact it would be awesome to have a drop down in the "log a call make a call" that would be to text a contact. Since more customers use texting over email it is a feature that would be super helpful to companies using hubspot.
We have looked and used Sakari for a short time it was too confusing for the team. I agree, we currently use Sakari and I agree with this idea. Especially when using the HubSpot Mobile app, the option appears to text but doesn't log the text.
It seems like this should be a standard feature offered by HubSpot. Please add it!
