Territory Assignment by Reps for Meeting Appointment Requests
We are in need to automatically assign sales team dependent upon region the customer is coming in from. Use case Customer A is from California and needs to auto assign to rep for that region, which would be great if that could be built into the appointment booking flow similar to what other scheduling platforms currently already offer..(see Chili Piper)
Also having the customer A's email be the first information grab someone sees is immeadiately a friction/abondonement issue in the current round robin setup.
Hi Ray! Thank you so much for your suggestion. I checked out Chili Piper and it does so much more than optimize the appointment booking flow. Its advanced scheduling algorithm practically doubled our conversion rates!
Chili Piper has a free trial of their product, Instant Booker, which we definitely took advantage of. The free subscription already offered multiple features we found convenient like calendar integrations with Google Calendar, Office 365, and Outlook, time meeting suggestions in emails, and automated email & SMS reminders, among many others.
As a recently new user, I’m not sure how to do it but I know it’s possible to geo-tag leads and automatically assign them to designated representatives. They’re very responsive so I assure you that you’ll receive an answer from them quickly.
It's very concerning that this has such few upvotes. Is there another HubSpot idea for the same subject?
